Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts question...

Well I've been looking at screenshots and gameplay for the game and have to say it looks pretty cool and I'm tempted to pick it up except there's one problem, I've really hate camera views that are zoomed far out from the character you play as. It just gets on my nerves. And in the screens/gameplay this seemed to be the case. So I'm wondering if it's like that all the way through the game or if there's a way to change it?
