It rose back up to an 81, I'd say it deserves at least an 84 though.

I was checking the scores of some of the other games on that list while I was on Metacritic, because you know, I'm a review whore, and noticed that the Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland game fell to a 68.

I honestly can't think of many games that aren't like their predecessors. Halo 3 is like Halo 2. Halo: Reach, while adding a ton of stuff and making some slight gameplay tweaks, is still Halo 3 at its core. Battlefield is pretty much the same every time, just with a different setting. Call of Duty is the same every time. BGS RPGs are the same every time (with the exception of Morrowind). Gears of War 2 is like Gears of War with some slight adjustments (at its core it's the same). The Legend of Zelda, Mario, and Pokemon are all the same every time.

Unless the developer added NOTHING to the game, or it has remained the same consistently with every release, then it's stupid to complain about it being like the older titles. Yeah, it's one thing if the first game has a problem, and the second nor third nor fourth game still has it, but c'mon, it's ridiculous to whine about it being more of the same, especially if you liked the older titles. "ZOMG I LUVD FABLE 2 AND FABLE 3 R MOAR OF TEH SAEM SO I H8 IT"

kinect will be out thursday.......with kinect sports, kinectimals, kinect adventures, joy ride, sonic riders, fighters uncaged, your shape fitness evolved, and dance central............those are the launch games that show the most promise.

hopefully at least 3 score at least "A"

In all seriousness, you should listen/look up reviews from sites you trust. IGN, GameTrailers and ComputerAndVideoGames are the 3 sites I visit when judging a game off reviews. And they all seemed to love Fable III, and I know I will also.

Playstation does have a shitload of sequels next year but I don't like the idea of having basically all their big franchises releasing in one year (LBP2, Killzone 2, Resistance 3, Infamous 2, Twisted Metal, Socom 4 and a few more). I'd rather have a constant stream of good games rather than having one amazing year followed by a relative quiet year.

A few of those will be delayed probably, I can feel it. 2010 was supposed to be an amazing year, but three games got pushed back (LBP2, Socom 4, The Last Guardian).
