Take a look at the front page.

At the top of the page is a Portal, you might find it useful.

There are now some new categories for all kinds of topics. "Other Gaming (Current Gen & PC)" does in fact include PS3. If you just need to talk positively about the PS3 you can do it there. Don't be surprised if someone disagrees with you, but you can post it anyway. Flame Wars are forbidden and will be locked or deleted without warning.
